1.Product structure description
Basic principles of WEDM:
During WEDM, pulse discharge is carried out between the electrode wire and the workpiece, as shown in figure 1. A spark discharge is produced between the electrode wire and the workpiece when an electric pulse is coming. At the center of the discharge channel, the temperature can reach more than 10000ºC instantly, and the high temperature makes the workpiece metal melt, thus achieving the purpose of cutting the metal.
